We are moving to Playmore, a newer, expanded version of the system you already know. It is the familiar app with some useful new features:

💳 Customer wallet
Your own account balance within the booking system. Unused funds stay available for future bookings, or you can withdraw them to your bank account whenever you like.

↩️ Refunds without calling reception
Cancel within the permitted cancellation period and the funds go straight back to your wallet. You can then withdraw them yourself, without emails or phone calls to the office.

🏷️ Cards: MultiSport, Medicover, Fit-Profit, PZU.
Have your card scanned at reception as usual. If you have funds in your wallet, the value covered by the cards is taken from it when you book online, and you pay only the difference. Once your cards have been scanned, that amount returns to your wallet at the end of the day. In practice, you pay the full amount once; with regular visits, subsequent sessions are settled automatically.
If you forgot to select your cards, do not worry! We will scan them at reception and process your refund.
