Equipment, payments, cancellations and planning your visit - the key answers in one place.
01What can two people play, and what works for a group of four?
Two people can play squash, badminton, tennis, table tennis or pickleball. For four, try padel or doubles in badminton, tennis, table tennis or pickleball. If you want to combine several sports in one match, try racketlon - arrange consecutive court and table bookings with reception in advance.
02Are prices per person or per court?
The court and playing-area rental table shows the price for one hour of rental, rather than a charge for each player on the court. The cost depends on the sport, day and time, with equipment hire charged separately. Check the final amount in Playmore when booking online; passes and sports benefit cards have separate terms.
03What should I bring if I do not own a racket?
Bring sportswear and clean indoor sports shoes with non-marking soles. Suitable footwear is required on the courts. Rackets and other equipment are available to hire - check the availability of your chosen equipment with reception and see the price list for charges. Protective eyewear is recommended, especially for squash and younger players.
04How do I use a sports benefit card with an online payment?
Show your card at reception and register your visit before playing. If you paid online, the amount covered by your card is credited to your Playmore wallet after the card is registered at the venue. This is separate from a booking cancellation refund. We accept Benefit Systems, FitSport/FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport; check your plan’s coverage in the price list and with reception.
05My plans have changed. When can I cancel?
Under the venue rules, tennis and padel bookings can be cancelled or moved without a cancellation charge at least 24 hours before play; for other sports, the deadline is 10 hours. After that, the full charge applies unless another customer books and pays for the slot. An online payment for a booking cancelled on time can be used in the same price band within 90 days of payment. See the venue rules for details and exceptions.
06Can I play all year, whatever the weather?
Tennis is played in a separate hall, and padel offers a choice of an air-conditioned indoor court or an outdoor court. Indoor options also include squash, badminton, table tennis and pickleball. Five badminton courts and two squash courts are air-conditioned. Beach volleyball and beach tennis are summer activities - check availability and playing conditions with reception.
07Can I bring a child? Are there age restrictions?
Children under 12 must be accompanied and continuously supervised by an adult at the venue. Under-18s must follow the safety rules and play under a guardian’s supervision. Darts is restricted to ages 16 and over; players aged 16-17 need a legal guardian’s consent and continuous adult supervision at the venue.
08I want to play regularly. How long is a pass valid?
Passes are valid for three months from issue. The price list shows the options for each sport, the number of visits and OPEN and HALF OPEN passes for the functional training area. Choose a pass that matches the times you plan to play, and check booking and usage terms with reception before purchasing.
09Can I start with a coaching session?
The Coaches section on the About us page lists tennis and table tennis coaches. Arrange the time, level and terms directly with the coach. For coaching in another sport, ask reception about the options currently available.
10I would like to meet new players. How do I join a league?
Spokojna has squash, badminton, table tennis and pickleball leagues. The Leagues and tournaments section has competition information, while the squash league uses BO5. Before signing up, read the rules for your chosen league and ask reception about current registration, dates and how to enter.
11Can we arrange a visit for a company, school or group of friends?
Arrange group visits with reception in advance. Tell us the group size and ages, preferred sports, date and equipment needs. Options include floorball, several badminton courts or racketlon. If you want to combine sports, the availability of consecutive courts and playing areas needs to be agreed in advance.
12Can I come straight from work and get ready at the venue?
Yes - changing rooms, lockers and showers are available, with parking by the venue. Locker keys are provided for your visit and must be returned after playing. An accessible toilet, washbasin and shower are also available. Find us at Spokojna 20C in Tarnów.
