Your Playmore wallet is used to manage funds in your account and pay for future bookings. Sign in to check your available balance.

How are sports cards settled?

If you use an accepted sports card, register your visit at reception. Once your card has been scanned, we process the refund due for that visit. For accepted cards, the amount covered and any additional payment, check the price list or ask reception.

A refund linked to a sports card is separate from the settlement of a cancelled booking.

Cancelling a booking

Cancellation deadlines and the rules for using payments already made are set out in the venue regulations. If anything is unclear, contact reception before cancelling your visit.
